A Studio Shaped by Experience

Founded by Southside Chicago native Artist / Owner Eric Harold, Headlamp Creative Group reflects both local blue-collar roots and national street-art and architectural influences. After years spent living in San Francisco and Austin, TX — where the studio first took formal shape in 2019 — operations re-centered in Logan Square, Chicago in 2022 following the COVID era, bringing expanded perspective back to the Midwest.

Before dedicating himself fully to the Headlamp Creative Group studio and creative community philanthropic work, Eric spent 15 years in digital marketing demand generation and brand consulting with global technology companies including Google, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, and Microsoft, and served as startup CMO with multiple 8 figure exits. That background informs Headlamp Creative Group’s approach today —a creative artist studio shaped by a strategic leadership, and disciplined, creative systems-driven approach to project and relationship management and execution — aligning strategy, operations, and delivery with best-in-class standards.

To date, Headlamp Creative Group has completed hundreds of projects across Chicago, the Midwest, and nationwide. Headlamp was inspired by the ultramarathon community— 100-mile, multi-day trail races across the US.
